Carole DeLaney is the Principal Broker and owner of CD Real Estate Group. She has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, obtained her broker license in 2012, and founded CD Real Estate Group in 2015.
In addition to her real estate career, Carole brings more than 18 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She holds a dual Bachelor of Science Political Science (Pre-Law) and Sociology, as well as dual master's degrees in health services management and public administration.
Carole has earned the Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), At Home with Diversity® (AHWD), Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP®) designations through the National Association of REALTORS®. Carole is also a certified VA agent and a certified National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
Carole believes that every person who desires to own their own home or who wants to get into investment should be able to. They just need the right information, connect with the right person, and have someone in their corner who will not give up as they guide them through the process.
She is also a commissioned notary public.
